This last 6 months or so I’ve been really focusing on eating in. Part of that process is the trail and error that comes with making new recipes! I’ve always been a huge hummus fan because it makes the perfect sauce to add as a snack to veggies or throw into a dish for more flavor. I never realized how easy it was to make hummus or else I would have started a long time ago! The nice thing about hummus is once you get the basics down, you can easily create different varieties! This is one of the first varieties I’ve made with my own recipe! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp chickpea liquid (Aquafaba)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 handful cilantro with stems
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 juiced lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the food processor. *You can start with half a jalapeƱo, then slowly add more to taste.
- Blend Till Smooth. Enjoy! Store in the Fridge.
