Smoothie Bowl
  • 2/3cup frozen papaya
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water(Add extra small amounts if not blending well)
  • 1scoop Vanilla Protein Powder( I use Tone It Up Protein Powder)
OPTIONAL Smoothie Bowl Toppings
  • 1 spoonful Granola
  • 1 spoonful chia seeds
  • 1spoonful coconut
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend till smooth.
  2. Pour in your favorite bowl and add beautiful toppings
  3. Take a photo! Be proud of your work. Enjoy 🙂
