Ingredients
  • 3cups rolled oats(select GF oats if needed)
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2cups almond milk
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2cup blueberries I prefer frozen cause it’s easy to keep on hand!
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius. Spray muffin tin with non-stick coconut spray.
  2. Measure out all ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. Stir in all ingredients (except blueberries) until well combined.
  4. Stir in blueberries.
  5. Scoop out 1/4 cup mixture into each muffin tin. Make sure mix is well combined so you’re not getting an even amount of liquid in each muffin tin.
